He always seemed like he wasn't really sure what all those people were there to see, kinda like "pinch me" or something, you know? But he came across as a very polite guy which is what I think was who the person behind the curtain really was. Glad you still have the ornaments, Lynne will be pleased! But we do still have the ornaments. The Henry one will stay up forever now, in honor of Slim. We are still in shock as well, i'll always remember that deep ball he caught in the playoffs, the hope he gave us that day. So disheartening to see this happen, as much as we follow the bengals, as do you, in times like this, it feels like i knew him personally and i didnt. Again, remember him for his talents, and how he changed his life around, the video/interview on cincinnati.com is living proof of how humble, quiet he was, and you can obviously tell he was headed down the right path.
