Games of the Week

September 12th, 2009 | NFL

Here are the games that I’m most interested in seeing tomorrow.

Dolphins vs Falcons- hard to pick this game. I think that both teams are really good and they have good coaches. I like the Dolphins becuase they have a simple offense that can travel well and their defense is better than the Falcons.

Eagles vs Panthers- Another game with two very good teams. I think that Carolina has the best running game in the NFL. The Eagles have the most creative coach in Andy Reid and he has a lot of new toys on offense to play with. The Eagles D has lost a lot and the Panthers didn’t play well in the preseason on D. I like the Eagles in this one.

Broncos vs Bengals- that’s a homer pick but I will break this one down later.

As a Giants fan, I am a little nervous about those Eagles. You think McNabb can get through the season? Ive heard people say that using the Wildcat with Vick is dumb because it takes their best player off of the field. I think thats the point. You cut down McNabb’s snaps a bit, he may make it through the season. Maybe Andy Reid is smarter than Phillyfan thinks…..

I like the Eagles, a little worried about the losses on D but I like them. Will be right there too. Love yall DL. Best in league. But LB’s get exposed when spread out. McNabb will be fine. He’s tough

  • Scott A: LOL - TJ talk does bring entertainment. I love, love TJ - if the Bengals wouldn't have grabbed Shipley I'd be ticked if they didn't bring him back to
  • Scott A: Just saw NFL Live - Chris Mortensen picks the Bengals to represent the AFC in the Superbowl. Losing to the Packers.
  • Scott A: On another topic - I really, really like the trade for Reggie Nelson.
  • JT: Yes he has. He's a very good interview when not talking to local media. Nobody challenges him on that here :)
  • Doug: Marvin has made an art out of misleading the local press. It's amazing when he does interviews with national media like ESPN or one of the networks,
